Ntirihinduka habe na gato

Nahw imisozi yose yavaho,

Ryo ntirivaho na gato

Isezerano ry’ Imana yacu,

Ntirihinduka habe na gato

Nahw inyenyeri zo zakwijima,

Isezerano rihoraho

(The promise of the Lord God)

(Does not change at all)

(Even if all mountains were removed,)

(It will not pass away at all)

(The promise of our God,)

(Does not change at all)

(Even if the stars were darkened,)

(The promise remains forever)

Haba mu byago no mu mwijima,

Naho nananirwa rnu ntambara,

Ryo ntirivaho na gato

(His promise remains forever,)

(Whether in trouble or in darkness,)

Imana Data ihor’ impoza,

Izankangura kuva mu rupfu

Kwa Data ni ho nzambikw’ ikamba,

Bitewe n’ isezerano

(His promise endures,)

(He will raise me from death)

(At the Father's place I will be crowned,)

(Because of the promise)
