Ya maraso ye yavuye,

Niy’ agukurahw ibyaha

Sang’ Umukiza ningoga

Ashaka kugukiz’ ubu

Mw isi har’ umubabaro,

arikw iwe n’ amahoro

(You who are troubled by sins,)

(Come to the Savior quickly)

(That blood of His that flowed,)

(Is what washes away your sins)

(Come to the Savior quickly)

(He wants to save you now)

(In the world there is suffering,)

(But in Him there is peace)

Ngwino ningoga kwa Yesu,

Araguh’ amahoro ye

(Why do you linger in sins?)

(Why do you miss out on life?)

(Come quickly to Jesus,)

(He will give you His peace)

Kandi nta bwo bigaruka

N’ igihe git’ ukitaba,

Kand’ukajyanw’ ikuzimu,

(Times pass quickly,)

(And they do not return)
