Azatujyana iwe mw ijuru,

Azaza vuba nta bw’ azatinda

Sinshidikanya, mfit’ ukwizera,

Kubg’ Umukiza n’ amaraso ye

Umwuka Wera ni we nahawe,

Ni w’ uzangeza ku byo narazwe

(Jesus the Savior promised)

(That one day He will come to take us)

(He will take us to His home in heaven,)

(He will come soon without delay)

(I do not doubt, I have faith,)

(Because of the Savior and His blood)

(The Holy Spirit is who I have received,)

(He is who will bring me to my inheritance)

Ubu zatumwe mur’ iyi si yose

Ziramamaz’ ubutumwa bwiza, bga

Yesu Kristo n’ urukundo rwe

(Many messengers of the Lord God,)

(Have now been sent into all this world)

(Spreading the good news, of)

(Jesus Christ and His love)

Abantu benshi bizer’ Imana,

Bitab’ umuhamagaro w’ Imana

Duhuz’ umutima mu rugendo,

Kandi tuzabon’ ingororano

(Many people believe in God,)

(Answering the call of God)

(Let us unite our hearts in the journey,)

(And we will receive the reward)

Igihe cy’ Umwami Yesu Kristo

Cyo kugaruka kwe, kiregereje

Tugir’ umwete, tumwitegure,

Az’ atujyane iwe mw ijuru

(The time of the Lord Jesus Christ)

(Of His return, is drawing near)

(Let us be diligent, let us prepare for Him,)

(May He come and take us to His home in heaven)
