N’ ukuri yinjiye mu mutima wanjye(Truly He has entered my heart)

Kandi yanshyizemw ubutwari(And He has put courage in me)

Nejejwe n’ Imana mu mutima wanjye(I am made joyful by God in my heart)

N’ umuriro w’ ijur’ urimo(The fire of heaven is burning within)

Nsigaye ngendera mu mucyo w’ ukuri(I now walk in the light of truth)

Yesu Mukiza ni we mucyo(Jesus the Savior is the light)

Kubw’ ubuntu narayihawe(By grace I have received them)

Nayihawe mu gihe nihanny’ ibyaha(I received them when I repented of sin)

Imbere y ‘ Umukiza Yesu(Before Jesus the Savior)

Umukiza ni we wankuye mu ishyamba(The Savior is the one who took me out of the forest)

Nsigaye mba mu murima we(Now I dwell in His garden)

No kubw’ imvura n’ izuba byo mw ijuru(And through the rain and sun from heaven)
