Mukiz’ utubonez’ iminsi yose;

Mu kubaho kwacu, tugusingize

Utubonekere, tur’ abangizi;

Nukw amahoro yaw’atwinjiremo

(Savior, appear to us every day;)

(In our lives, may we glorify You)

(Reveal Yourself to us, we who are strangers;)

(May Your peace enter into us)

Tugendan’ iteka mu byiringiro;

Tubabaye nabgo, tukwizigire

Hahirw’ uruhurwa n’ inama zawe,

Ukamutabar’ ukamwikiriza

(Let us always walk in hope;)

(Even when sorrowful, let us trust in You)

(Blessed is the one who listens to Your counsel,)

(You help them and protect them)
