Ngwino, soko y’ umugisha;

Mp’ umutim’ ugushima,

Ntabw’ ukam’ iteka ryose;

Njye ngusingiza cyane

Nyigisha guhora nsenga;

Menye n’ ubwiza bwawe,

Nizigir’ ubwami bwawe;

Nyuzuz’ urukund’ ubu !

(Come, fountain of blessing;)

(Give me a heart that praises You,)

(That I may not stop forever;)

(Let me greatly praise You)

(Teach me to always pray;)

(Know Your goodness,)

(Trust in Your kingdom;)

(Fill me with love now!)
