Mu nzira nziza y’ Imana(In the good way of God)
Kukw ishyikir’ ari ryiza,(For His yoke is pleasant,)
Ugend’ ucamw uyoboka(Walk carefully obeying)

Ntutinye gut’ ibya kera,(Do not fear the things of old,)
Byiguhindish’ imishitsi(They change with the times)
Kuk’ umucyo w’ Uwiteka(For the light of the Lord)
Wakir’ ah’ ugenda hose(Will receive you wherever you go)

Urwanir’ ibyiza byose(Fight for all good things)
N’ ubihorw’ uzabipfire(And you will always die for them)
Ujye wubahish’ Imana(Go on honoring God)
Ng’ uzabe mu cyubahiro(That you may be honored)
