Ajy’ ahumuriza—Abayafite;(It comforts—Those who have it;)

N’ utayata, ntabwo—Wayakurwaho(And without it, no one—Could be taken from it)

Wiringir’ Imana: —Uyiringira(Trust in God:—Trust Him)

Ntabur’ amahoro—Mez’ adashira(You will not lack peace—Good and eternal)

Abo Yes’ arindish’—Amaboko ye(Those whom Jesus keeps—In His hands)

Nta mubish’ ubasha—Kubageraho;(No evil one can—Reach them;)

Nta magany’ abasha—Guhagarika(No power can—Stop)

Imitim’ irindwa—N’ Umucunguzi(The hearts kept—By the Redeemer)

Ibyishimo byose—N’ ibyago byacu(All our joys—And our dangers)
