Iyo turi hamwe n’ Umukiza wacu,(When we are together with our Savior,)

Atuyobor’ inzira nziza(He leads us in the good way)

Abamwiringira, bakamwitondaho(Those who trust Him, who obey Him)

Ni bo banyamahoro basa(They are the ones at peace indeed)

jy’ umwizera,(Keep believing,)

Kandi jy’ umwumvira !(And keep obeying!)

Ng’ ujy’ unyurwa na Yesu(As you walk with Jesus)

Mu kubaho kwawe(In your daily life)

Ntihakingirizwa, nta gicu gikuba:(No barrier can stand, no cloud can gather:)

Byeyurwa no kuboneka kwe(They disappear at His appearing)

Nta shavu, nta bwoba, bona n’ igishyika,(No shadow, no fear, not even doubt,)

Tumwiringiye, tumwumvira(When we trust Him, when we obey Him)

iy’ inzar’ iteye n’ ubukene buje,(When drought comes and poverty arrives,)

Aduhembur’ ibihe byose(He provides for us in every season)

Ntabwo n’ amakuba yadukomerera,(Not even troubles can overwhelm us,)

Tumwiringiye, tumwumvira(When we trust Him, when we obey Him)

Ntitwakwiyungura kugir’ ibyishimo,(We cannot boast of having joys,)

Tutazinutsw’ ibyaha byose,(Unless we are cleansed from all our sins,)

Kukw imbabazi ze n’ imigish’ afite(For His mercy and the blessings He has)

Bigir’ umwizer’ amwumvira(Are for believers who obey Him)

Tuzajya twishima, turi kumwe na We,(We will always rejoice, being with Him,)

Tuzagendana na W’ iteka,(We will walk with Him forever,)

Tumugandukiye, ngw adutume hose,(We submit to Him, that He may send us anywhere,)
