Bana mw ijur’ abiringiy’ Umucunguzi

Tuzaherway’ ibintu byinshi

Azaduh’ amakamba y’ ubgiza bginshi,

Kand’ atwambik’ imyenda yera

Bana, tuzahabga, tuzahabga byinshi,

Tuzagabirwa bynshi mw ijuru !

Tuzahoran’ ishimwe, tunezerewe,

Ni twizer’ Umukiza Yesu

(Children waiting in heaven for the Redeemer)

(Will be rewarded with many things)

(He will give us crowns of abundant goodness,)

(And clothe us in white garments)

(Children, we will be given, we will be given much,)

(We will be given much in heaven!)

(We will live in glory, rejoicing,)
