Kwifuz’ impan’ imwe nsa

Irut’ izindi

(Holy Spirit who loves us)

Iyo mpan’ ihebuje

N’ urukundo rwa Yesu

Kand’ umunt’ uyibuze,

Nta cy’ ab’ amaze

(That precious gift)

(Is the love of Jesus)

(And one who lacks it,)

(Has achieved nothing)

Urukundo ni rwiza;

Rujya rugira neza;

Nta n’ ishyari rugira;

Ntabgo rubyishimira
