Mwa bari mw isi yose mwe,

Nimuhimbaz’ Uwiteka

Muhore mumukorera,

Kukw ibyo bidukwiriye

(You who are in all the earth,)

(Praise the Lord)

(Continue to serve Him,)

(For these things are fitting)

Mumenye yuk’ Uwiteka

Ari we watwiremeye;

Turi n’ intama aragira

Tur’ izo mu mukumbi we

(Know that the Lord)

(Is He who created us;)

(We are the sheep He keeps)

(We are those in His fold)

Mwinjire mu marembo ye,

Mugere no mu rugo rwe,

Muhore mumusingiza,

Muhimbaze n’ izina rye

(Enter through His gates,)

(And come into His house,)

(Continue to glorify Him,)

(Praise His name)

4.

Umwam’ Imana ni mwiza

Imbabazi n’ ubuntu bye

Iteka bizahoraho;

Mwese mushim’ izina rye

(For the Lord God is good)

(His mercy and goodness)

(Will endure forever;)

(All of you praise His name)
