Abantu bo mur’ iyi si(People on this earth)

Batari babona(Had never seen)

Muhimbaz’ Iyateguye(Praise the One who prepared)

Inzira ducamo(The way we walk)

Ni Y’ itubonanij’ ubu(He is the One who brought us together now)

Tutishwe n’ ibyaha(Though we are afflicted by sins)

Twaherukanaga kera,(We had been separated before,)

Nyamara noneho(However now)

Dusubiye kubonana,(We have met again,)

Dufit’ ibyishimo(We have joy)

Yemwe bagenzi dukunda,(You companions we love,)

Nta kibi twibuka(We remember no evil)

Mu byo twafatanyemo;(In what we shared together;)

Turabashimiye(We are grateful to you)

Mw isi, ni ko biba(On earth, so it is)

Abifuza Siyoni nshya,(Those who desire the new Zion,)

Tuzaban’ iteka(We will dwell forever)

Uhorane namwe(Remain with you)

Ibah’ ibibanezeza(May He remove obstacles)

Mu nzira mucamo(On the road you walk)
