Umuhanuzi Yesaya(The prophet Isaiah)

Yeretsw’ ibyiza kera(Was shown good things long ago)

Yerekw’ Imana mw ijuru(He was shown God in heaven)

Iri mu rusengero:(Who was in the sanctuary:)

Abakerubi n’ Abaserafi(The Cherubim and Seraphim)

Bayishyize hagati,(Had placed Him in the midst,)

Bajya bayishim’ iteka,(They kept praising Him forever,)

Bayisingiza bati:(They glorified Him saying:)

Mwan’ Uwer’ Uwer’ Uwera:(Lord, Holy! Holy! Holy!)

Ibyo mw isi n’ ijuru(Things on earth and in heaven)

Byuzuyemw ishimwe ryawe,(Are filled with Your glory,)

Bose baguhimbaze(All praise You)

Baracyaririmba batyo,(They continue singing thus,)

Kand’ abantu bo mw isi(And people on earth)

Na bo barashim’ Imana,(They also praise God,)

Umukiza n’ Umwami(The Savior and Lord)

Natwe tuyihimbazanye(And we will praise Him together)

N’ abamaraika bose,(With all the angels,)

Tuti: Mwami nyir’ ingabo,(Saying: Lord of hosts,)

Ni Wow’ usumba byose;(You are above all;)

Ur’ Uwer’ Uwer’ Uwera:(You are Holy! Holy! Holy!)

Ibyo mw isi n’ ijuru(Things on earth and in heaven)

Byuzuyemw ishimwe ryawe(Are filled with Your glory)

Bose baguhimbaze !(All praise You!)
