Sinagir’ aho ngera, —Ntagufite(I have nowhere to go, —Without You)
Mwam’ ah’ ushaka ko njya, —-Uhanjyane(Lord, where You want me to go, —Take me there)
Ibyago ni bintera. -—Mpumuriza;(Dangers threaten me. —Give me rest;)
Unturiz’ umutima, —-Ni mbabara(Calm my heart, —I am troubled)
Naje nguhungiyeho, —-Ngo nduhuke:(I have come to take refuge in You, —That I may rest:)
