Yes’ aradubamagara,
Ati: Nimubyuk’ ubu:
Ibisarurwa bireze,
Unsarurira ni nde ?
Uhamagawe na Yesu:
Ni wow’ ubgaw’ ashaka !
Umwitabish’ umutima
Uti: Mwami, nyakira !
(Jesus is calling us,)
(Saying: Wake up now:)
(The harvest is ready,)
(Who will harvest for Me?)
(You who are called by Jesus:)
(It is you whom He wants!)
(Offer Him your heart)
(Saying: Lord, receive me!)
Ntuzahere kure cyane
Kwamamaz’ ibya Yesu:
Abaguye bari hafi,
N’ abazimiye na bo
Umurim’ uradutota;
Dufit’ umwete muke
N’ ubur’ integ’ umusange,
Uti: Mwami, mfash’ ubu !
(Do not stay far away)
(From proclaiming about Jesus:)
(The fallen ones are nearby,)
(And the lost ones as well)
(The work is urgent for us;)
(We have little time)
(And even with little strength,)
(Say: Lord, help me now!)
Nubg’ utazi gushyomoka
Kuk’ utar’ umuhanga,
Hamya gusa ko wamenye
Ko Yes’ ababarira
Ujy’ ubgir’ abandi bose
Ibyo yagukoreye;
Nuk’ umwinging’ agufashe,
Uti: Mwami, nyigisha !
(Even if you do not know how to preach)
(Because you are not skilled,)
(Only testify)
(That Jesus forgives)
(Go and tell all others)
(What He has done for you;)
(So surrender and let Him help you,)
(Saying: Lord, teach me!)
Hataboneka muri twe
Uvuga kw ananiwe !
Udushoboza ni Yesu
Gukund’ ibyiza byose
Dukor’ iyo mirimo ye
N’ urukundo n’ umwete,
Maz’ ishize, tuzavuge,
Tuti: Mwam’ utwakire !
(There is none found among us)
(Who speaks of being discouraged!)
(The One who enables us is Jesus)
(To love all good things)
(Let us do His work)
(With love and diligence,)
