K’ uyobew’ iby’ Umusaraba,(But ignorant about the Cross,)

Bikuvuy’ iki ?(What does it profit you?)

Ubg’ ur’ umunyesoni nyinshi,(When you have much shame,)

Utinya kwihana ng’ ukizwe,(Fearing to sacrifice as saved,)

Wibgira kw ar’ uguhemuka,(Thinking it is humiliation,)

Uzageza he ?(Where will you reach?)
