Tubabarire: —Duh’ umugisha(Have mercy on us: Give us blessing)

Tumurikirwe—N’ ubuntu bgawe,(Let us serve You with Your grace,)

Ngw inzira yaw’ imenyekane mw isi,(That Your way may be known in the earth,)

Abantu bameny’ ubugingo bgawe(That people may know Your salvation)

Kand’ amahanga—Agusingize(And let the nations praise You)

Nukw anezerwe, —Kand’ aririmbe(And let them be glad, and sing)

Ur’ umucamanza n’ Umwami wabo;(You are the judge and Lord of them;)

Uzacir’ ab’ isi—Imanza nziza(You will judge the people with righteousness)

Wategets’ isi—Ngo yer’ imyaka(You have commanded the earth to yield its harvest)

Mana, ni Wowe—Uturengera(God, it is You who blesses us)

Imigish’ uduha—Tuyamamaze,(The blessings You give us we have enjoyed,)

Maz’ iyi si yos’ ikugandukire(May all the earth worship You)
