Akatwuzuza na Se(And brings us to the Father)

Dore, tubur’ amahoro,(Behold, we lack peace,)

Tuyabuzwa n’ ubusa,(We lack it in vain,)

Kuko tudasaba neza(Because we do not pray well)

Ibyo dukena byose(For all things we need)

Ni tugir’ ibyago byinshi,(Though we have many dangers,)

Tugashukwa n’ Umubi,(And we are attacked by the Evil One,)

Tumuganyir’ amaganya,(Let us tell Him our troubles,)

Kukw ayadukuraho(For He removes them)

Harihw indi nshuti nk’ iyi(Is there another friend like this)

Yababarana natwe ?(Who suffers with us?)

Yes’ az’ intege nke zacu(Jesus bears our weaknesses)

Tumwisunge dusaba(Let us trust Him and pray)
